Thakur School of Architecture and Planning (TSAP) was established in 2014 to nurture environmentally conscious and socially responsible architects. The institute is approved by the Council of Architecture, AICTE, DTE, the Government of Maharashtra, and is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. TSAP is an unaided Hindi Linguistic Minority institution that offers a multidisciplinary approach, integrating design, technology, environment, and society to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise.
TSAP offers rigorous architectural education focused on sustainable design, advanced construction techniques, urban planning, and innovative studio practice. With state-of-the-art facilities and strong industry and international collaborations, the school provides research-driven learning, close mentorship, and opportunities for students to develop into skilled architects capable of shaping the built environment responsibly and creatively.

Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) in Interior Design at TSAP is a 3-year undergraduate programme focused on design understanding, technical knowledge, and practical skills in interior design. The programme is recognised under the NSQF by UGC and the University of Mumbai.
A comprehensive foundation in interior design principles, space planning, furniture layouts, materials, construction systems, and interior services, supporting the creation of functional and well-composed interior environments.
Intensive studio practice through interior design and basic design studios, along with drawing and representation skills, enabling design ideas to progress into detailed and resolved interior solutions.
Coverage of interior construction techniques, material applications, and professional drafting practices aligned with contemporary industry standards and workflows.
